Even though Randolph-Macon College was founded in 1830, there was only one women’s fraternity on the Ashland, Virginia, campus in 1983. With strong support from school administrators, the Epsilon Omicron chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta was established on campus in 1984.

In 2015, we celebrated our 30 year anniversary. We are currently the oldest sorority on campus and have many alumnae who come back to campus to socialize with sisters frequently, help them network and look for job opportunities after college and continue to contribute to our chapter.
